Maroon Breasted Philantoma
Well! by now the nesting are over. anyway I hope the chick still able to see after all those flashes. the lighting condition are bad but I still inssisted flash should not be used.
My group didn't have chance to snap these event because when we reach there for the first 2 days we don't even have a chance to check out the nesting area. birders hide's are covered the area.
I only able to snap a few shot as record because we ran out of time. anyway is better than nothing and learn another thing about these Maroon Breasted Philantoma. they are very protective. if the adult bird see anything suspicious it will protect the nesting ground by flying near to the subject to investigate (thats me) but after the adult feel the intruder don't cause any danger it will go back to the nest and feed the chick.

yeah! saw them posted out yesterday. that's why I waiting for 1 week to post.
anyway! my main purposed are to share is to let the other birders to know this bird habitat, so that in future if they come across another nesting they will be aware and careful. that's my main objective.
